Al-Farabi Colleges’ vision is “to establish a creative and attractive research and learning environment in order to build a knowledge-based society”.
Vision of Library is “to support the College vision, as well as to develop knowledge, sharpen critical thinking and skills of information retrieval”.
The Library’s mission is to provide comprehensive resources and services in support of the research, teaching, and learning needs of the College community.
Objectives of Library
To understand the research, teaching, and learning needs of its users.
To provide a rich collection of books, periodicals, (print & electronic both) which meet the needs of students and faculty in order to support medical courses offered.
To encourage information literacy skills and assist the Al-Farabi community in making effective use of information.
To collaborate with Al-Farabi community to enrich the research and learning community.
To offer a support to our users in order to make maximum use of the library services through various channels.
To establish a proper infrastructure for providing adequate service in this information and communication technology era.
